A standard contact centre has Agents or Customer Representatives, but at Webhelp Enterprise we have ‘Brand Ambassadors’! We believe that our employees are an essential part of the brand of our clients. Brand Ambassadors are the heart of our business, they support customers daily by phone, e-mail or chat. They can make the customer experience an unforgettable one. Therefore, Brand Ambassadors are the central focus of our mission, vision and goals. We are very proud to have both colleagues that are new to our company as well as those that have been with us for more than 20 years.
Our Operations Team is the linchpin between our clients and our Brand Ambassadors. The Client Operations Managers are responsible for the contracts and the contact with our clients. They work closely together with our Team Managers, who in turn, make sure that our Brand Ambassadors can do their job and offer guidance and support in their development. The Operations Team also includes our Project Specialists who have the in-depth knowledge about products, procedures and processes and are actively involved in coaching the teams.
Our Workforce Management team is the backbone of our organisation. Your colleagues in WFM will make sure that, in cooperation with our clients, we have the right forecasts for the number of contacts we need to handle. They are also responsible for creating your schedules. As soon as the schedules are issued it is the responsibility of our Traffic department colleagues to handle the daily changes and requests.
Our Training & Quality team ensures that you get the best start with us, and that you are given all the information you need about the projects that you are working on. They also play a key role in your ongoing development. By providing training, quality workshops and improvement sessions they give you the tools you need to develop yourself in your role and help to make everything simpler and more fun, of course.
When you start working for Webhelp Enterprise you need a functioning workspace with systems that work. Our ICT & Development team makes sure that this is all arranged. This enables us to develop great new systems that help everyone involved.
As Lord Kelvin allegedly said, ‘To measure is to know’ and our Reporting and Business Analysts make sure of that. They structure and analyse the data and then formulate reports. We then have everything there is to know about our performance and what improvements and growth opportunities we still have. The data and analyses are also used to provide reporting to our clients and to impress them with all the great results.
From the very start, at the point where you decide you are interested in joining the Webhelp Enterprise team, our Human Resources team are with you every step of the way. Our HR team are here to make your experience at Webhelp Enterprise as smooth and pleasant as possible. To achieve this our HR team works closely together with all of our colleagues across the organisation.
