Your tasks as a Senior recruiter
As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible for the recruitment strategy and its implementation.

You are the link-in pin between the internal organization, temporary staffing parties and other partners. In view of our growth and ambitions, we are in search of hundreds of new colleagues with an international language profile in both the technical customer service segment and various staff positions annually. To provide a better picture a list of a number of tasks below:

  • You contribute to the optimal profile of our organization as an employer.
  • You brainstorm and contribute to the implementation of our recruitment strategy, optimizing collaborations with our partners and bringing our vision and our employees together.
  • You are responsible for drawing up job profiles for specific vacancies.
  • You think along with the internal customer teams, WFM and the temporary employment partners and you are also a point of contact for the recruitment team.
  • You select the most effective recruitment channels, look for suitable candidates and know how to enthuse them (creative ideas are most welcome).
  • You handle the incoming applications and you manage all contact moments, vacancies, CVs etc. through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • You conduct telephone conversations (or via Skype) with candidates and arrange job interviews on location.
  • You can chop and change quickly, are not fazed by ad-hoc changes and can keep an overview.
  • You have the drive, positive energy and the fresh perspective to bring attention to our beautiful company and work together with marketing to promote our company through social media.

    What do you offer us?

  • You have a higher professional education level;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a recruiter;
  • You are available for at least 32-40 hours per week;
  • You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • You are resistant to stress, a born multi-tasker and purposeful;
  • You are positive, energetic, a team player and a go-getter;
  • You are goal-oriented and able to look critically at current business processes.
