What will you be doing?
As a social media employee you enjoy monitoring the social media channels and reacting to the posts that come in. The different companies you work for each have a culture, and norms and values of their own. It is important that you develop your own style and can switch between the styles of these companies. With your empathy and creativity, you help customers from start to finish by figuring out the best solutions. It will be your job to surprise the customers time and time again! You do this for a wide array of clients: from charities that require you to use your empathy to an internet provider that demands commitment to the technical side of things.

Aside from arranging the pro-active webcare, Webhelp Enterprise offers way more in the field of customer service. You could also be responsible for Back Office and some other administrative duties.  What we ask:

  • At least a higher professional education (HBO) degree either finished or in progress, preferable in the field of marketing/communication;
  • Fluent knowledge of the Swedish and English languages, both spoken and in writing. Norwegian is a plus;
  • Empathy, you really want to understand the customer and won’t rest until you find a suitable solution;
  • You are a social butterfly yourself, active on social media and interested in trends and developments;
  • You are open to learning new things and not scared of new experiences;
  • You are responsible;
  • You are flexible with your working hours, making you available for work in weekends and in the evening if needed.
