As a customer service representative for Signify you are a expert in lighting solutions. Customers are coming to you with all sorts of question regarding their smart lighting or other lighting products through phone, but also via email or chat. To help them with their problems and to serve them in the best possible way, we will provide you with an extensive training so that you have all the knowledge that you need.

What do we ask of you:

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • You are available for at least 16 hours a week and you are willing to work 2 nights a week till 20:00 o'clock
  • You have a natural interest in technology and excellent people skills
