We are looking for a customer service oriented leader.
If you think you have a talent and passion for developing, managing and coaching a multi-lingual team of about 15-25 Brand Ambassadors, and work in an environment that embraces change, cultivates service excellence, productivity, empowerment, teamwork and high self-esteem, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for in your next steps to grow in the world of Customer Service. 

Who are we?
Webhelp Enterprise is an International Contact Center in which developments take place constantly. We are proud of our informal working atmosphere and our core values. 
We are currently working on expanding our services and starting up new projects. We therefore need you to provide operational leadership to one of our International client teams.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about customer service.
  • You have a flair for leadership and an ability to motivate others.
  • You have experience of working in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • You have an understanding of KPI's, SLA's, NPS and can manage your teams performance and quality of work.
  • Ability to be efficient, organized and work well under pressure. Capable of adapting quickly in fast changing environments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Availability and willingness to work shifts, alternative shifts between 08:00-20:00 (Monday to Friday)
  • Enjoy working with a large group of amazing colleagues
  • Advanced English writing and speaking, and any additional language is a strong plus.
