Turkish Customer Service Representative Signify

The project
We are currently looking for Turkish-speaking colleagues for Signify, who will come to support our team from our office in Enschede (working from home is possible on a later stadium).

Who are we?
Webhelp Enterprise is an international facility call centre in which developments take place constantly. We are currently working on expanding our services and starting up new projects. Because we are looking for many new colleagues for these projects, our team could use some help.

What will you be doing?
As a Turkish customer service representative for Signify, your productive day will approximately look like this:

  • Correctly answering/solving technical/service-oriented questions/problems from customers who have contacted by telephone;
  • Mapping the customer's problem by listening carefully and asking clear questions;
  • Solve the problem through excellent computer knowledge, acquired knowledge through internal training and supported by our own systems;
  • Collecting and recording all necessary information in the system in order to be able to deliver a high-quality service with every call;
  • Answering e-mails in an efficient and customer-oriented manner.

What do we ask of you?

  • A valid Dutch working permit;
  • Besides Turkish you also speak and write fluent English and Dutch;
  • You have at least an MBO (vocational higher professional education) or work equivalent;
  • You work very accurately and carefully and this doesn't come at the expense of your productivity;
  • You are service-oriented, communicative and reliable/honest;
  • Finally, you have a strong interest in technology and developments in this field.
